The Rolodex

After my ballin-ass run last night, my friend happened to text me and ask if I wanted to run in a 5K next month where you get paint thrown on you.

Obviously, I said yes.  Our team name is called The Shanks.  It’s appropriate if you know that I got shanked my freshman year of college.
