The Rolodex

(Especially elementary level specialist teachers)

The gym teacher from my school and I are getting together this afternoon to devise a management plan for our classrooms that hopefully the art and library teachers will want to adopt, so that our management is consistent at all specials.  Any suggestions?

I plan to base mine on the way my cooperating teacher managed her classroom when I student taught two years ago — she had a plan for K-2 that was more structured than 3-5 (where they were encouraged to take more responsibility for their actions).

EEK — school starts a week from today.  I can’t handle that.
